Mr. Fazzolari has served in the senior management of Harsco since 1980, holding progressively responsible positions as Director of Auditing, Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and President. Mr. Fazzolari is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. A graduate of Penn State University, Mr. Fazzolari was recently honored as an Alumni Fellow, the highest honor given to an alumnus by the Penn State Alumni Association. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He previously served as Senior Vice President — Operations of the corporation since 2000 and as President of the MultiServ and SGB Divisions. Before that, he was President of the Heckett MultiServ - East Division and has also served in various officer positions within MultiServ International, N.V. prior to Harsco's acquisition of that corporation in 1993.
She served as Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Board of Directors from 2000 to 2001 and has served on the AICPA Board, governing Council and numerous committees, including the Audit, Finance, Compensation, Strategic Planning, State Legislation and the Special Committee on Mobility. She has also served as Chair of the AICPA Special Committee on State Regulation. In addition, Ms. Eddy has been active in her home state serving as President of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and as President of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy. She has been a Harsco Director since 2004. She is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.
His career includes more than four decades of worldwide experience in the infrastructure and construction industry, including executive management responsibilities for Skanska’s business units in the U.S., the U.K., Hong Kong and Latin America. Skanska is one of the world's largest construction groups. Mr. Graham has also served as Chairman of the Engineering and Construction Governors Council of the World Economic Forum and founded the Engineering and Construction Risk Institute. He joined the Harsco Board in February 2009 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Manitowoc is also an industry leader for ice machines, ice-beverage equipment and commercial refrigeration equipment in the foodservice industry and for shipbuilding, ship repair and conversion services for the U.S. maritime industry. He served as Chairman of The Manitowoc Company from October 2002 until December 2008, and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until May 2007. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 1994, Mr. Growcock served in numerous management and executive positions with Siebe plc and United Technologies Corporation. Mr. Growcock also serves on the Board of Directors of Harris Corporation and Bemis Manufacturing Company. He is also Chairman of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, one of the state’s leading business associations. He joined the Harsco Board in January 2008 and is a member of the Management Development & Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.
He has served with Regal Beloit in increasingly senior management responsibilities since 1979. He joined the Harsco Board in September 2008 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
He has been a Harsco Director since 2001. He is Chairman of the Management Development & Compensation Committee.
During his career, Mr. Scheiner has served as Secretary of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and as Deputy Secretary for Administration within the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He is a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. Mr. Scheiner has been a Harsco Director since 1995. He is a member of the Management Development & Compensation Committee.
He is Director of Aqua America, Inc. Mr. Sordoni has been a Harsco Director since 1988. He is Chairman of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.
Other former positions include Distinguished Service Professor at Carnegie Mellon University; President of Carnegie Institute and Carnegie Library, and Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has been a Harsco Director since 1986 and currently serves as Lead Director. Dr. Wilburn is also a Director of Erie Indemnity Company. He is a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and the Management Development & Compensation Committee.
